About introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law on local public finance No. 397/2003
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In article 11 of the Law on local public finance No. 397/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 384-395, 612), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) Transfers of general purpose are performed in the amount of 63, by % from fund of financial support of administrative and territorial units which is created of the income tax from physical persons which is not distributed in the form of assignments to local budgets, and the part of tax on entrepreneurial income established by the law on the budget for year on the basis of data of the last year for which there is final budget implementation.";
in part (3) the words "where Pd = % 31,5." shall be replaced with words "where Pd = % 29,6.".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
