1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions regulating procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease, economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use" of September 24, 2021 No. 183 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for transfer of state-owned property to economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 11:
the paragraph one after the words "according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with words ", except for the case provided by the paragraph third this Item";
add with the paragraph third the following content:
"The state-owned property assigned to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (its subordinated organizations) and other state bodies (their subordinated organizations) on the right of economic maintaining, operational management can be provided on terms of the contract of free temporary use to private notaries and Notarial chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the decision of authorized body in the field of management of state-owned property based on the appeal of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic approved with the asset holder of property for a period of up to 15 years with possibility of the subsequent prolongation in case of execution of conditions of the previous agreement.".
