About change of the resolution of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2017 No. 5

1. Bring in the resolution of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2017 No. 5 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for convoy, isolation, protection of persons who are held in custody and supervision of them" the following changes:
in preamble:
shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 215-Z";
exclude the words "About Some Questions of Committee for State Security";
in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in the Instruction about procedure for convoy, the isolation, protection of persons who are held in custody, and supervision of them approved by this resolution:
1, 5, of Items 9, of 22, 23 and 41 words "Republic of Belarus" to exclude Item parts two from Item;
in Item 2:
from paragraph one of the word "of June 16, 2003" and "(, 2003, No. 76, 2/964)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "Republic of Belarus";
to exclude from the paragraph of the sixth word "The Republic of Belarus (Further — the State Security Agencies)";
in paragraph six of Item 3 and paragraph third Item 27:
replace the word "expert" with the word "judicial and expert";
