The agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Agency) is state body, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, performing management in spheres of strategic planning, carrying out reforms and in the field of the state statistics.";
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Agency location: Republic of Kazakhstan, 010000, city of Astana, area of Esil, Prospekt Mang_l_k El, 55/6.";
4) of Item 13 to state the subitem in the following edition:
