Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following change:
state Articles 84-1 and 84-2 in the following edition:
"Article 84-1. Payer
1. Utilization collection on ensuring accomplishment of standard rates of conversion of waste from use of such types of goods as lubricating oils, car tires, rechargeable batteries, accumulators of electric vehicles, accumulators lead, the electronic and electrotechnical equipment, household appliances, filters for internal combustion engines, and also goods and packagings of goods from the combined materials, cardboard, rubber, plastic, polymers which list with the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code is established by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic is paid by producers of goods in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the importers performing commodity importation from the third countries or from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which do not provide independent conversion of waste of the goods specified in this Article.
Utilization collection is calculated according to article 29 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About production wastes and consumption".
2. The goods imported on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic are exempted from utilization collection:
- as free aid and (or) on the charitable purposes through the states, the governments, the international organizations, including rendering technical assistance;
