About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration and local government bodies"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration and local government bodies" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of October 22, 2021 No. 109) the following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 27:

a) in paragraph one in state language of the word "1. Aymaktyn" to replace with the word "Aymaktyn";

b) in paragraph one in official language of the word "1. For the organization" shall be replaced with words "For the organization";

c) add with Item 26 of the following content:

"26) the organization and providing heat supply in the corresponding territory.";

Item 15 of part 6 of Article 29 to declare 2) invalid.

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
