About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Entering of Amendment into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about Administrative Offences"

Article 1. State article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of March 20, 2024 to No. ZR-134 "About entering of amendment into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses" in the following edition:
"Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 with Article 150.17 of the following content:
"Article 150.17. Failure to carry out or inadequate accomplishment of obligations on blocking of the game websites organized on the interactive game platform organized in foreign states by the operators of network of the Public electronic communication providing services of Internet access, and the organizations which do not have the corresponding license established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, according to the procedure, established by the law "On Regulation of Game Activities"
Failure to carry out or inadequate accomplishment of obligations on blocking of the game websites organized on the interactive game platform organized by the organizations organized in foreign states in the procedure established by the law and which do not have the corresponding license established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the organizations which do not have the corresponding license:
attracts the prevention with the instruction for violation elimination.
Repeated making of the action provided by this part within one year after the prevention:
attracts imposing of penalty at the rate from five hundred thousand dram to one million dram for each violation.
Not eliminate the violation specified in part 2 of this Article within one year or the violation made earlier, in a month after administrative prosecution:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of three million dram for each violation".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since October 10, 2024.
