About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Organization and Conducting Checks in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 17, 2000, No. ZR-60 "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law), words "lotteries, games with prize" shall be replaced with words "gambling activities".
Article 2. In Item 7 of part 3.1 of article 4 of the Law of the word "activities in the field of lotteries, games with prize, games with Internet prize or the organizations of casino" shall be replaced with words "the organization of gambling activities.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law "On Regulation of Gambling Activities" in full.
