1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of articles 336 and 345 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 22, 2022 No. 94 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the procedure for issue and application of brands of the excise duty in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 19:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-the statement calculation (in 2 copies according to appendix 1 to this Provision). The specification of excisable products according to appendix 2 to this Provision with indication of names of the made and/or imported excise goods is attached to the statement calculation of the taxpayer. One copy of the statement calculation and the specification of excisable products returns to the taxpayer, the second copy remains in body of Tax Service. The copy of the statement calculation to purchase of excise stamps for alcoholic products goes body of Tax Service to the authorized state body exercising the state control in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products;";
