2. This resolution becomes effective after 7 days after day of its official publication.

"1(2). The goods origin, rates of import customs duties on which are approved by this resolution, is determined according to the criteria of determination of goods origin established by the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 13, 2018 No. 49 "About approval of the Rules of determination of goods origin imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (not preferential rules of determination of goods origin)" (further - the decision), and is confirmed by the certificate of origin which is drawn up according to the decision, except as specified, established by the paragraph the second this Item.
