1. in the Standard rules of organization activity of the higher and postgraduate education approved by the specified order:
add with Item 65 of the following content:
"65. Provision of sabbatical leave by the leading scientist working in OVPO is performed according to Item 3 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About science".
The procedure and conditions of provision of sabbatical leave, and also working off or expense recovery are determined by internal documents OVPO.".
2. To provide to committee of the higher and postgraduate education of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
