About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures" makes changes and additions according to which activities for rendering services in the organization and holding actions of Umr are determined as separate type of the licensed activities, and the authorized licensing body in this sphere determines Committee on cases of religions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Besides, the addition establishing the size of rate of the state fee paid for licensing for activities for the organization and holding actions of Umr is made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee".
This Law will serve creation of more convenient conditions for citizens who will perform pilgrimage of Umr, to full providing their rights and legitimate interests and increase in responsibility of the legal entities who are engaged in this type of activity.
