About approval of Rules of payment of the redemption amount in case of special life situations

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of the redemption amount in case of special life situations.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective within 6 years from the date of its entry into force.

1. These rules determine payment procedure of the redemption amount non-state pension funds to members of non-state pension funds (further respectively - fund, the participant) by agreements of long-term savings in case of special life situations.
2. The participant to the request for purpose of payments for the agreement of long-term savings in case of origin after the conclusion of the agreement of long-term savings of special life situations, stipulated in Item the 6th article 36.41 of the Federal law "About Non-state Pension Funds" having the right to address to fund behind payment of the redemption amount by giving of fund of the statement for payment of the redemption amount in case of special life situations (further - the statement for payment of the redemption amount).
3. In case of the request of the participant for payment of the redemption amount of fund in case of the special life situation provided by the subitem 1 of Item 6 of article 36.41 of the Federal law "About Non-state Pension Funds" the following documents are enclosed to the application for payment of the redemption amount:
