"289. The subject of natural monopoly in terms, stipulated in Item 287 these rules, places in the mass media extended to the territories of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit and (or) on the Internet resource, reports before consumers and other interested persons on execution of the approved tariff estimate, about execution of the approved investing program, about observance of indicators of quality and reliability of regulated services and achievement of performance indicators of activities of subjects of natural monopolies with reasons including the financial reporting.
290. The announcement of the forthcoming carrying out the report is published by the subject of natural monopoly included in the local Section of the Register in the periodic printing edition issued at least once a week and distributed to the territories of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit, and the subject of natural monopoly included in the republican Section of the Register - in the periodic printing edition issued at least once a week and distributed in all territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) on the Internet resource not later than fifteen working days before its carrying out and includes the following data:
1) name and location of the subject of natural monopoly;
2) date and venue of the report;
3) type of the provided regulated services.".
