According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", in connection with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of February 22, 2024 No. 3585-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" and some other legal acts of Ukraine on enhancement of state regulation and supervision in the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 28, 2020 No. 405 "About approval of Rules of hearing of cases about violation of requirements of the legislation on the capital markets and the organized goods markets, application of sanctions or other corrective actions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 2, 2020 at No. 966/35249.
2. To provide to department of law enforcement submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Shapoval Yu.
