2. Make change to item 4 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for creation and functioning of the National military memorial cemetery approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2024 No. 192 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 24, of the Art. 1532), having excluded subitem 2.
