1. Bring in the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 10, 2020 No. 374 "About some questions of accounting and submission of the reporting to body of state revenues" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20380) the following change:
in Rules and terms of submission of the reporting, accounting of goods and vehicles, method of submission of the reporting, structure and format of the presented reports in the form of the electronic document, procedure for their filling approved by the specified order:
1) of Item 15 to state the paragraph of the sixth of the subitem in the following edition:
"in column 5 the commodity code according to the Single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the CN FEA EEU) and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Eurasian economic commission approved by the decision of Council of September 14, 2021 is specified to No. 80;".
2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
