The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2014 No. 1222 "About approval of Rules of provision of dwellings to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation":
in Rules of provision of the dwellings to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation approved by the specified resolution:
in item 4:
5) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) the certificate of lack (availability) of real estate issued by The Government for Citizens State corporation.
The citizens living in the structure intended for temporary (seasonal) residence, which is the single dwelling in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in addition provide the certificate of lack (availability) of real estate at the spouse (-and) and minor children, issued by The Government for Citizens State corporation;";
add with the subitem 6) of the following content:
"6) in case of absence at injured citizens of documents of title on the dwelling confirmation of ownership of the specified dwelling are data from joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Garysh Sapara national company, and also one of data: social security authorities; internal affairs, Government for Citizens State corporation; healthcare institutions and education; about payment of utility bills.";
