About modification of article 3 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Article 3 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015 (repeated publication: 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (5-1) following contents:
"(5-1) V departure from part provisions (5) in case of agreements on public procurements or tenders of the decisions co-financed of more than 50 percent by the international organization or the international financial institution, the parties make the decision on applicable procurement procedures.".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
