Bring in the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 217-FZ "About conducting by citizens gardening and truck farming for own needs and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 31, Art. 4766; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3383; No. 31, Art. 5066; No. 46, Art. 7213; No. 52, Art. 8591; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5279; 2023, No. 16, Art. 2760) following changes:
1) in Article 3:
a) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3) economic constructions - the constructions and (or) structures built on the garden parcels of land and the garden parcels of land, intended for satisfaction with citizens of domestic and other needs including sheds, baths, greenhouses, canopies, cellars, wells;";
b) in item 4 of the word "real estate objects" shall be replaced with words "capital construction projects";
2) in part 5 of Article 16 of the word of "the copartners who are present at such meeting" shall be replaced with words "the copartners who participated in such meeting";
3) in Article 17:
a) regarding 2 words "on" shall be replaced with words attendees "participating in";
b) regarding 4 words "on" shall be replaced with words attendees "participating in";
c) add part 21 with the offer of the following content: "At the same time the decision of general meeting of copartners is deemed accepted if than fifty percent of copartners or their representatives took part in the corresponding vote according to this decision more.";
d) add part 21.2 with the words "according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation";
4) in Article 18:
