About entering of amendment into the Law "About Funds"

Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of December 26, 2002, No. ZR-516 "About funds" to add with part 8 of the following content:
"8. Features of legal status of the educational institution performing the professional and average professional educational program, procedure for its creation, activities, reorganization and liquidation, governing bodies, their forming and powers, use of property and the financial and economic relations and also relations with bodies of system of public administration are determined by the law "About Professional Education and Training" if other is not established by the law "About Professional Education and Training ".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
