Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 5, 2023 No. 1048-VIQD "About introduction of amendments to some laws of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 987-VIQD. of July 14, 2023 "About payment services and payment systems" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 23, 2001 No. 48 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 2, Article 126 (volume I); 2024, No. 1)., Article 122) "Rules of return of excessively paid taxes, fees on compulsory national social insurance, insurance on unemployment and compulsory medical insurance, percent and financial sanctions" to make the following changes:
1.1. In Item 1. 1, Items 1.2.3-1.2. 6, Items 2.1-2.2-1, 2. 7, 3.4, 4.1, item 4. 1.3-1, item 4. 2, in items 4. 3, 4.3-1 to replace the word "bank" with the word "payment";
1.2. In appendices No. 1, 2 and 3 to Rules shall be replaced with words the word "Bank" "The payment account" and after the word to add "bank" with the words "or other payment";
