In the "Rules of trade, public catering, household and other types of service in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 3, 2014 No. 94 to make the following changes:
1. To exclude the words "or in case of approval" from Item 19.2 and to add this Item with the second offer of the following content:
"Registration of the shopping facilities organized within the fairs, exhibitions and charity events, family farms selling food products in zone of the main production in the retail markets and by means of portable trade is not required".
2. To exclude the words "or to approval" from Item 19.5.
3. State Item 20-1.5 in the following edition:
