Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 5, 2023 No. 1048-VIQD "About introduction of amendments to some laws of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 987-VIQ of July 14, 2023 "About payment services and payment systems", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 11, 2000 No. 167 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 9, Article 693 (volume I) 2024, No. 1, of Article 110, of 111) "The instruction about rules of making of notarial actions in the Azerbaijan Republic"" to make the following changes:
1.1. In the first offer of part "bank" to replace 12-1 word with the word "transaction";
1.2. In paragraph one of part 33-1 after the word "in bank" to add with the words "and in other payment service providers".
