In case of possibility of obtaining from the relevant state body (organization) through the Information system of the electronic government the documents or data necessary for receipt of geological branch, such documents or data from the applicant are not required. In cases when receipt of such documents or data through the Information system of the electronic government is impossible, their representation is requested at the relevant state body (organization) with the consent of the applicant or provided of";
