1) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2015 No. 107 "About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control over delivery and spread of infectious and parasitic diseases on Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan matching with customs border of the Customs union, and ensuring sanitary protection of border and territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. 10521) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 20, 2015;
2) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2016 No. 389 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. 14308) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 7, 2016.
2. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 1) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
