About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. State part 11 of article 31 of the Law of March 23, 2018, No. ZR-206 "About public service" in the following edition:
"11. Can be the trustee of shares of person holding public position, and the public employee in the authorized capital of the commercial organization:
1) in case of societies with the limited or accessorial liability - the individual entrepreneurs or the commercial organizations registered in the procedure established by the law as persons performing the activities which are subject to the notification;
2) in case of joint-stock companies - persons providing investment services in sense of the law "About the Security Market".".
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. Precepts of law concerning the companies with the accessorial liability become effective in six months after official publication of this Law.
