About modification of the Regulations on certification of ecological auditors

According to the subitem 138 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:

1. Bring in Regulations on certification of ecological auditors, the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine approved by the order of January 29, 2007 No. 27, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 30, 2007 at No. 295/13562, the following changes:

1) in Chapter 5:

to state subitem 5.3.7 of Item 5.3 in the following edition:

"5.3.7. In case of the solution of practical task necessary regulatory legal acts are provided to candidates for use";

to state subitem 5.6.8 of Item 5.6 in the following edition:

"5.6.8. In case of the solution of practical task candidates are granted the right to use necessary regulatory legal acts";

Item 9.2 of Chapter 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"9.2. Improper execution of professional obligations by the ecological auditor are the gross violations allowed during environmental audit (unauthenticity of estimates, bias of the analysis of actual data, violation of ethical standards), the numerous, confirmed with customers, heads (owners) of objects of environmental audit or other ecological auditors low-quality facts of carrying out environmental audit, violation of the law about environmental audit";
