About introduction of amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About medicines" and "About advertizing"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 1, of 10, of 11, of the 20 and 26 article 94 of part I of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About food safety" of May 5, 2022 No. 523-VIQ, decides:
Article 1. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About medicines" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 2, Article 70 (volume I) to make the following changes:
1.1. State Article 1.0.20 in the following edition:
"1.0.20. biologically active food products - intended for enrichment of diet, consisting of one or several feedstuffs and other biologically active agents having nutritious and physiological action which daily dose of acceptance is determined and dosed (capsules, tablets, ampoules, drops and other similar forms) food products;";
1.2. In Article 13.3 of the word "baby food, medicinal mineral waters, dietary supplements to food" shall be replaced with words "food products of special purpose, natural mineral waters, biologically active food products";
1.3. According to Article 14-1:
1.3.1. in the name, in the first and second offers of Article 14-1. 1, in Articles 14-1.3 and 14-1.7 of the word "active nutritional supplements" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "active foodstuff". "in the corresponding cases of noun;
1.3.2. According to Article 14-1.2:
