I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2023 No. 127 "About approval of the Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning entrepreneurship and Rules of carrying out accreditation, including form of the certificate on accreditation, the bases and procedure for cancellation of accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship and other non-profit organizations" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32929) the following changes:
in the Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning entrepreneurship approved by the specified order:
3) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) to receipt of expert opinions from members of advisory councils on projects of regulatory legal acts, drafts of legal acts in the field of system of state planning, the advisory document of regulatory policy, drafts of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also international treaties which participant the Republic of Kazakhstan intends to become, infringing on interests of entrepreneurship.";
