About entering of amendment into the Law "About Investment Funds"

Article 1. Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010, ZR-245 "About investment funds" to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The relations according to the address of collection on share of the member of fund within enforcement proceeding are governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About enforcement proceeding.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
