About entering of amendment and change into the Law "About Notariate"

Article 1. Article 5 of the Law of December 4, 2001, ZR-274 "About notariate" (dalee-Zakon) to add with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. Notaries and service of forced execution according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, communicate about enforcement proceedings with participation of the died persons, unexecuted obligations, inheritance acceptance by the died participants of enforcement proceeding, the heirs who accepted inheritance, including received the certificate on the right to inheritance, contents of the certificate on inheritance (heritable property) of the died debtor.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 82.3 of the law of the word "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" shall be replaced with words "About enforcement proceeding".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
