About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Body Regulating Public Services"

Article 1. Recognize invalid Part 8 of article 14 of the Law of December 25, 2003, ZR-18 "About the body regulating public services" (further - the Law).
Article 2. In article 19 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" "About enforcement proceeding";
2) to recognize parts 3, 5 and 6 invalid;
"Chapter 13 of the Law "About Bases of Administration and Administrative Production"" shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 4 words "law "About Enforcement Proceeding"".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
