About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on application of the international rationing arrangements No. 25/2016 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 28-31, 45), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Article 2 after the concept "the physical persons who are taking up important state positions at the international level" to add with concept of the following content:
"the intermediary – person who is used or is involved in the transaction, transaction or activities for the purpose of concealment of the personality or real interests of the vygodopriobretayushchy owner;".
2. Parts (3) and (Article 5 to state 4) in the following edition:
"(3) If the international rationing arrangements concern physical persons – the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and legal entities registered in the Republic of Moldova, decisions on approval of the acts provided by Items b) and c) Articles 1, and also decisions on application of rationing arrangements by the Republic of Moldova on own initiative together with the notification on acts which led to establishment concerning them the international rationing arrangements go within three working days from the date of adoption of relevant decisions to the Prosecutor General's Office for consideration of question of feasibility of initiation of legal proceedings.
(4) In addition to the requirement provided by part (3), for establishment by the Republic of Moldova on own initiative of the international rationing arrangements concerning the physical person – the citizen of the Republic of Moldova the following conditions shall be in total satisfied:
a) person has one or several grazhdanstvo of other states;
b) person is not in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.".
3. In Article 6:

the subitem a) to state in the following edition:
