Article 1. In the Code of civil procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 17 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 13; the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 23, 2024 No. 1099-VIQD, of March 29, 2024 No. 1110-VIQD and No. 1113-VIQD) in Article 350.4 of the word "within 3 days" to replace with the word "immediately".
Article 2. In the Family Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 3 (the Book I), Article 126 (Volume I), the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 29, 2024 No. 1110-VIQD) to make the following changes:
2.1. In Article 11.1 of the word "submission of the reference confirming their passing" to replace with the word "passing";
2.2. In Articles 65. 161.4, 162.3, 163.3 and 166.2-1 of the word "from legally binding decision of court" shall be replaced with words 5, "from the judgment after its introduction in legal force";
2.3. State Article 68.6 in the following edition:
"68.6. After the introduction of the court order about restriction of the parent rights in legal force the statement from this resolution immediately is confirmed by the judge the strengthened digital signature and is transferred to information system of body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority through the information system "Electronic Court";
2.4. In Article 118.20 of the word "within 3 days" to replace with the word "immediately";
