1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 5, 2018 No. 166 "About approval of report form about accomplishment of the development program of conversion of sour gas" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16953) the following changes:
be reworded as follows heading:
"About approval of report form about accomplishment of the development program of conversion of sour gas and term of its direction";
be reworded as follows Item 1:
"1. Approve:
1) the enclosed report form about accomplishment of the development program of conversion of sour gas;
2) direction term subsoil users of reports on accomplishment of the development program of conversion of sour gas in authorized body in the field of hydrocarbons in the form approved by the subitem 1) of this Item no later than January twenty fifth of the year following after accounting year (in case of completion of effective period of the development program of conversion of sour gas within accounting year, the report goes both on completed, and on the conversion of sour gas operating to development programs).".
2. To provide to department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
