For the purpose of provision process optimization in urgent (temporary) use of the parcels of land of the state land users, creations of conditions and development of production of environmentally friendly technologies and materials, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add the subitem 2 of Item 55-10 with the paragraph third the following content:
"-the parcels of land of the state land users for construction of the industrial facilities making vehicles with electric motors;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
