About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2012 No. 11
Based on Item 1 of Article 13 and item 4 of article 299 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2012 No. 11 "About procedure for accounting and submission to customs authorities of reports" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude the word "orders" from the name of columns 2 and 3 of appendix 1 to this resolution;
1.2. to be reworded as follows appendix 12 to this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
