In recent years in our country system measures for law enforcement of provision of state-owned property in lease to subjects of entrepreneurship and other persons are taken.
At the same time in practice the number of the violations connected with inefficient use of state-owned property and violation of procedure for its provision in lease also increases.
In turn it requires strengthening of responsibility for violation of the legislation in the field of provision in lease of state-owned property and failure to carry out of instructions of authorized bodies on regulation of these relations.
This Law establishes the administrative responsibility for non-compliance with procedure for provision in lease of state-owned property, rejection of measures for effective use of the empty state-owned property, and also violation of the rights of subjects of entrepreneurship and the other persons leasing state-owned property.
This Law will serve ensuring effective use of state-owned property, reliable protection of the rights and legitimate interests of lessees.
