About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 18, 2007 No. 427/2007 and recognition voided some presidential decrees of Ukraine
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 18, 2007 No. 427/2007 "About powers and guarantees of implementation of constant control behind activities of the Security Service of Ukraine" (with the changes made by Decrees of November 9, 2007 No. 1079/2007 and of July 16, 2010 No. 775/2010) the following changes:
Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. State registration of regulatory legal acts of the Security Service of Ukraine which affect the rights freedoms, legitimate interests of citizens or have interdepartmental nature, including concerning counterintelligence, operational search activities and activities in the field of protection of the state secret, is performed according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
2) in the Regulations on powers of the Authorized President of Ukraine concerning control of activities of the Security Service of Ukraine and guarantee of its activities approved by the decree:
in the subitem 2 of item 4 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure registers these regulatory legal acts and takes measures for inclusion them in the Unified state register of regulatory legal acts" to exclude;
in the paragraph the second Item 6-1 and Item 10 of the word "Administration of the President of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Office of the President of Ukraine".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to adopt the regulatory legal acts following from this Decree in a month, having provided features of registration of regulatory legal acts of the Security Service of Ukraine concerning counterintelligence, operational search activities and activities in the field of protection of the state secret.
