About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning enhancement of responsibility for violation of rules of military accounting and the legislation on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

1) in Article 38:

state part one in the following edition:

"Administrative punishment can be imposed not later than in two months from the date of making of offense, and in case of the proceeding offense - not later than in two months from the date of its identification, except cases on the administrative offenses specified in part seven of this Article, and except as specified when cases on administrative offenses according to this Code are subordinated to court (judge)";

after part six to add with new part of the following content:

"Administrative punishment for making during the special period of the offenses provided by Articles 210, of 210-1 of this Code can be imposed within three months from the date of its identification, but no later than one year from the date of its making".

With respect thereto the seventh to consider part part eight;

"Article 210. Violation by recruits, persons liable for call-up, reservists of rules of military accounting
