About modification and amendments in the Law "About the State Supervision of Safety of Foodstuff"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of June 21, 2014, ZR-143 "About the state supervision of safety of foodstuff" (dalee-Zakon) (dalee-Zakon):
1) to state Item 20 in the following edition:
"20) the accompanying document confirming safety: veterinary certificate, veterinary certificate, safety certificate, sanitary certificate, certificate of quality management system and safety, phytosanitary certificate, declaration of conformity, certificate on state registration.".
To add 2) with Items 22 and 23 of the following content:
"22) allowing documents for import, export and transit of controlled goods: veterinary certificate, phytosanitary certificate, safety certificate, clean bill of health, certificate of conformity of organic agricultural products, certificate of compliance, act of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision), conclusion about import of pesticides and agrochemicals;
23) national referens-test laboratory in spheres of safety of foodstuff, veterinary science and phytosanitation - the test laboratory authorized in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia to perform referens-functions in spheres of safety of foodstuff, veterinary science and phytosanitation, having national accreditation.";
3) to exclude words of "remedies of plants, fertilizers" from Item 9 of part 2, and in Item 10 of the same part of the word of "remedies of plants and fertilizers" shall be replaced with words "pesticides and agrochemicals.
Article 2. Add article 5.1 of the Law with part 2 following of content:
"2. Relevant ministry:
1) performs registration, refusal, suspension and the termination of acceptance of feed additives;
2) is performed by maintaining the register of feed additives.".
