About introduction of amendments to the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. Item 4 of part 7 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999, "About state registration of the rights to property" (dalee-Zakon) to state ZR-295 in the following edition:
"4) the application is submitted by the forced contractor (the service providing forced execution) within enforcement proceeding".
Article 2. State item 4 of part 3 of article 35 of the law in the following edition:
"4) if the right was acquired by law, based on court, administrative or other legal act or in the limits permitted by such act based on the agreement, then state registration of this right can be acknowledged invalid on the bases, the established law for the termination of this right, based on the documents confirming these bases;".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
