About introduction of amendments to the Family code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In articles 97 and 98 of the Family code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the code) shall be replaced with words words of "writ of execution" "court resolution".
Article 2. In article 100 of the Code:

Article 3. In article 101 of the Code:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word of "writ of execution" "court resolution", and words of "writ of execution" shall be replaced with words "statements for forced execution";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 2 words of "writ of execution" "court resolution".
1. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
