Article 1. Article 2. State article 206.5 of the code in the following edition:

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 223 of the Code to exclude figure "206.5,".

Article 4. To add part 2 of article 223.1 of the code with Item 3 following of content:

"3) the forced contractor - on cases on the administrative offenses provided by Articles 204.2 and 206.5 of this Code.".

Article 5. To exclude the words "and according to Article 204.2." from part 1 of article 224 of the Code.

Article 6. To declare Item 9 of part 1 of article 254 of the Code invalid.

Article 7. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
