1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2018 No. 1349 "About approval of Rules of conducting examination of requests for selection achievements, objects of industrial property, trademarks, service marks, geographical instructions, names of places of goods origin, about registration of topology of integral chips" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 17459) the following changes:
in Rules of conducting examination of requests for trademarks, service marks, geographical instructions and names of the places of goods origin approved by the specified order:
state Item 73 in the following edition:
"73. The application is submitted through office of the expert organization, the website of the expert organization or the Portal. The list of the documents containing in the request for geographical specifying, the name of the place of goods origin is stipulated in Clause 29 Laws.
The document or supporting documents the description of quality, reputation and (or) other characteristics of goods which are substantially determined by its geographical origin are issued by state bodies according to Item 3 of article 29 of the Law.
The request for registration of geographical specifying, the name of the place of goods origin and (or) provision of right to use by geographical specifying, the name of the place of goods origin is submitted in form according to appendices 3, 4 to these rules. The application is on paper submitted in duplicate.";
