About modification of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the legal entities by the National Bank of Ukraine crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population of the special period
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of decision making process optimization in the National Bank of Ukraine and updating of criteria on which determination of the legal entities who are important for industry of national economy or requirements satisfaction of territorial community is performed the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for determination of the legal entities by the National Bank of Ukraine crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 24, 2023 No. 32 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the word "provision to banks of services in collection and approval of National Bank on implementation of transactions on processing and storage of cash" shall be replaced with words "implementation of transactions with cash";
The subitem 2 of Item 7 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2) the National Bank makes the decision about:
recognition of goodwill of organization, its owners of essential participation and/or heads, the chief accountant, key persons, the division manager of collection, the division manager on cutting and storage of cash not irreproachable;
discrepancy of the head, the key person, the chief accountant, division manager of collection, the division manager on processing and storage of cash and/or owners of essential participation of organization to requirements for goodwill;";
3) in Item 8:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
