For the purpose of execution of provisions of h 10) Art. 132-4 and the Section VIII of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (2007, special release is repeatedly published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova), owing to the changes made by the Law on modification of some regulations relating to budget tax policy No. 212/2023 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2023, No. 194-197, to the Art. 681), I ORDER:

1. The order of the State Tax Administration on approval of the standard form of the Report on charges for natural resources and instructions about procedure for its filling and representation No. 376/2020 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, No. 297-301, 514) to change the Art. as follows:

a) in appendix No. 1 гр. To the 5th line 2.7 of the table No. 2 to replace unit of measure of "m3" on "ton";

b) in appendix No. 2 of the item 3) Chapters IV will be had by the following content:

"3) in gr.3 – area code where natural resources, according to the Qualifier of administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Moldova (KATEM) are located.

2. Provisions of this order become effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
