About modification of Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction

Make change to Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2024, No. 11, the Art. 707), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"For work on construction of infrastructure of the international and interstate check points for automobile communication through frontier, office buildings and other customs infrastructure intermediate payments for the performed works are made at the rate to 100 percent of cost of the performed works on contract price on condition of provided in works agreements by the contractor of guarantee with providing in the amount of 5 percent of cost of works on the agreement.".
