About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 19, 2021 No. 163
According to the Law of Ukraine of September 6, 2022 to No. 2571-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of regulation of final beneficial property and structure of property of legal entities", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 19, 2021 No. 163 "About approval of the Regulations on form and content of structure of property", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 08, 2021 at No. 768/36390, and figure of "part of the twenty fourth article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming"" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "part two of Article 5-1 of the Section I".
2. Make changes to Regulations on form and content of structure of property, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of March 19, 2021 No. 163, registered on June 08, 2021 at No. 768/36390, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
